The duties of the Volunteer Coordinator involves working with and supervising Block Captains. The Volunteer Coordinator will also help organize all aspects of volunteering, from recruiting new volunteers to promoting opportunities for people who want more hours in their schedule. In this position you will also be responsible for keeping our campaign's leadership informed on administrative changes, schedule changes, and continued training requirements of our volunteers. 

 Serving as a Block Captain means you are responsible for coordinating with volunteers within your appointed demographic areas to assist in the election processes. 

  The job of the Communications Director is to set the tone for messaging and portray our organization's values. As the Communications Director you will be responsible for establishing relationships with media outlets, developing strategic marketing plans and handling public relations issues that arise internally or externally. 

The job of the Campaign Director is to 

 manages all staff and volunteers with campaign assignments in analyzing, organizing and executing the annual campaign effort. Develops and executes work plans for assigned campaign responsibilities. Establishes performance measures, monitors results and produce evidence that demonstrates the effectiveness of their workplace Campaign.  

 The job of the Public Affairs Coordinator combines government relations, media communications, issue management, corporate and social responsibility, information dissemination and strategic communications advice. The Public Affairs Coordinator will aim to influence public policy, build and maintain a strong reputation and find common ground with stakeholders.  

The Community Liaison is responsible for managing the communication between local institutions and community citizens. and coordinate with members of the community to talk about their needs and concerns, directing them to the organizations with plans on improving the people's lifestyles. Additionally, the duties of the Community liaison will be to interact with community leaders at all levels to identify their concerns which can then become key action points for Donald mason to incorporate as Hazleton's future mayor in 2024.
