If you want your next mayor to be someone who has devoted their entire life in service to others instead of a politician, then vote for Donald Mason in 2023 as the next mayor of Hazleton for 2024.

Given my leadership, extensive management, business acumen, dedication to our nation and community, and education, not only am I the best candidate for mayor for the City of Hazleton in 2024, but the candidate that makes the most sense.

As a proven Leader, Educator, and Veteran who served 21 years in the military, 40 years in business, and ten years as an educator, my mission is to pave the way for change in the lives of the families in the City of Hazleton regardless of race, creed, color, or life choices; which is long overdue. 

As a man I believe the most important job I have is to care for my family. As an Army Senior Enlisted Leader my most important job was soldier welfare and mentorship in a wide range of issues. As an American the most important job we have is service to others, service to our community, and service to our nation. As a member of the community my most important jobs are helping my neighbors and safeguarding our children. AND as your Mayor my most important job will be looking out for the needs of Hazletonians. As I often have said there are two statements that sum up my life which are, "Those who can serve should serve", AND "Integrity is what you do when nobody is looking".

My plan is to use not only real world and realistic approaches but also theoretical approaches to problem solving at the community level, AND to implement a front leaning proactive approach to solving problems at all levels of government. However, MY PRIMARY CONCERN IS TO IMPROVE our city's Quality of Life, and other areas that impact Hazletonians.
